Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Aligns HR strategy with business strategy and analyzes trends to develop solutions and recommendations
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and prepares reports related to employee activities
• Provides coaching to leadership on employee relations, talent management, and organizational design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a business-related field
• Five to eight years of HR experience, including two years in talent acquisition and HR Business Partner roles
• Three years of experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
