Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will ensure alignment between business operations and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations
• Facilitates the implementation of HR initiatives and ensures alignment with business policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner required
• Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CCP, SPHR, or PHR
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to training and recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
