Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage leave of absence programs
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR processes and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on employee relations
  • Experience in multi-state and multi-unit operations, preferably in retail or sales

  • Experience managing leave of absence programs and ADA accommodations
