Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage leave of absence programs
- Lead the development and implementation of HR processes and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on employee relations
- Experience in multi-state and multi-unit operations, preferably in retail or sales
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Experience managing leave of absence programs and ADA accommodations
- Ability to conduct workplace investigations and handle complex employee relations issues
