Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant HR experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Significant experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in data analysis
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders
• Experience in managing multiple projects and leading change within client groups
