Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner - Aviation Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Aviation sector leaders to develop HR strategies for talent management
• Provide HR support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence for seamless HR program delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in federal government or defense contracting environments
• Experience in addressing workforce challenges and implementing HR solutions
• In-depth knowledge of SCA compliance and federal service contract employee regulations
• Proficiency with HR technologies and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
