Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders to support organizational and people-related strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR management or business administration
• 4+ years in an HR role supporting executives, with 3+ years in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience applying HR programs in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Clear understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
• Ability to synthesize data and develop recommendations based on analysis
