Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on workforce planning, compensation analysis, and succession planning
• Address employee relations issues and maintain transparent communication channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years leading an HR function
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Extensive experience in the government contracting industry
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
