Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Responds to employee relations concerns and conducts confidential investigations
Educates team members and leaders on HR policies and performance management
Partners with HR leadership to implement People-First solutions and improve departmental services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of three (3) years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
Experience supporting employees in California
Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and best practices
Intermediate knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred
