Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience focused on strategic HR business partnership and organizational development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity)
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR analytics and experience using Workday as an HRIS
