Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored HR solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Lead talent management efforts, including performance management and succession planning
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience focused on strategic HR business partnership and organizational development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity)
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and experience using Workday as an HRIS
