Job Summary

Human Resources Business Partner provides full-time, salaried support in HR functions, including employee relations and talent processes, while operating remotely within the Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for HR policies and employee relations issues
  • Support talent management processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
  • Compile HR reports and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and U.S. employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/analytics; professional certification preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build collaborative relationships
