Job Summary
Human Resources Business Partner provides full-time, salaried support in HR functions, including employee relations and talent processes, while operating remotely within the Central Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for HR policies and employee relations issues
- Support talent management processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
- Compile HR reports and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and U.S. employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/analytics; professional certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build collaborative relationships
