Job Summary
Partnering with business units to implement effective HR practices, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage employee benefit programs, oversee recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with employment regulations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with People Leaders to enhance employee experience and implement HR strategies
- Administer employee benefit programs and manage leave of absence policies
- Coordinate the recruitment process for operations roles, ensuring a diverse candidate pool
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- 1 year of experience in benefits administration and leave management
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems required; Workday experience preferred
