Job Summary

Partnering with business units to implement effective HR practices, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage employee benefit programs, oversee recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with employment regulations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with People Leaders to enhance employee experience and implement HR strategies
  • Administer employee benefit programs and manage leave of absence policies
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for operations roles, ensuring a diverse candidate pool
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1 year of experience in benefits administration and leave management
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems required; Workday experience preferred
