Job Summary
Partnering with People Leaders to enhance employee experiences, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will implement HR strategies, manage employee benefits programs, and coordinate recruitment processes in a hybrid work environment based in Central Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to implement effective HR practices supporting strategic growth
- Administer employee benefit programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries
- Manage the recruitment process for operations roles, ensuring a diverse candidate pool
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- 1 year of experience in benefits administration and leave management
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems required
