Job Summary

Partnering with People Leaders to enhance employee experiences, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will implement HR strategies, manage employee benefits programs, and coordinate recruitment processes in a hybrid work environment based in Central Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to implement effective HR practices supporting strategic growth
  • Administer employee benefit programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries
  • Manage the recruitment process for operations roles, ensuring a diverse candidate pool
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1 year of experience in benefits administration and leave management
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems required
