Job Summary

Supporting the Sales and Marketing team, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will manage recruitment efforts, align business objectives with employees, and oversee training and succession planning across the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with the Recruiting Department to identify and fill key vacancies while leading candidate selection
  • Monitor and track turnover rates and collaborate on workforce planning with leadership
  • Implement training programs and oversee developmental plans to enhance employee performance
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MA/MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of prior generalist experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, and benefits
  • Experience with EEOC and Department of Labor investigations is desirable
  • SPHR or equivalent certification is preferred
