Job Summary
Supporting the Sales and Marketing team, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will manage recruitment efforts, align business objectives with employees, and oversee training and succession planning across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Recruiting Department to identify and fill key vacancies while leading candidate selection
- Monitor and track turnover rates and collaborate on workforce planning with leadership
- Implement training programs and oversee developmental plans to enhance employee performance
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MA/MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of prior generalist experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, and benefits
- Experience with EEOC and Department of Labor investigations is desirable
- SPHR or equivalent certification is preferred
