Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner III will align HR strategies with business objectives, act as a trusted advisor, and foster an optimal work environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for leadership, guiding strategic goals and initiatives
- Analyze employee feedback and trends to recommend improvements and support leadership development
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other departments to enhance organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related field
- Five years of strategic HR Business Partner experience
- Experience in organizational design and managing change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent certification preferred
