Job Summary

Leading client relationship initiatives, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage client inquiries, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive workplace culture while working remotely or from the corporate office in Indianapolis, IN or Westerville, OH.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Conduct quarterly client meetings to assess service quality and address any issues or changes in program parameters
  • Facilitate new client orientations and provide training on services, processes, and software products
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Client Services, Account Management, or Sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated ability in customer service and problem resolution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
