Job Summary
Leading client relationship initiatives, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage client inquiries, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive workplace culture while working remotely or from the corporate office in Indianapolis, IN or Westerville, OH.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Conduct quarterly client meetings to assess service quality and address any issues or changes in program parameters
- Facilitate new client orientations and provide training on services, processes, and software products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Client Services, Account Management, or Sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability in customer service and problem resolution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
