Job Summary

Providing comprehensive HR support, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage talent management initiatives, employee relations, and performance management processes while collaborating with business leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Responds to employee inquiries and resolves complex employee relations issues
  • Coordinates talent management processes, including succession planning and employee training
  • Monitors performance management processes and supports employee engagement activities
Required qualifications
  • Four-year college degree in Human Resources or a related field with six years of HR generalist experience
  • SHRM certification is desirable
  • Experience handling confidential information and partnering with senior leaders on strategic initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with senior business leaders
