Job Summary
Providing comprehensive HR support, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage talent management initiatives, employee relations, and performance management processes while collaborating with business leaders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Responds to employee inquiries and resolves complex employee relations issues
- Coordinates talent management processes, including succession planning and employee training
- Monitors performance management processes and supports employee engagement activities
Required qualifications
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources or a related field with six years of HR generalist experience
- SHRM certification is desirable
- Experience handling confidential information and partnering with senior leaders on strategic initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with senior business leaders
