Job Summary
To facilitate day-to-day HR functions for both external and internal employees, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will focus on employee relations, training and development, policy implementation, and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct employee relations investigations in consultation with management
- Provide consultative HR support, including coaching, mentorship, and professional development
- Partner with managers on employee performance improvement plans and development opportunities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist; previous HR Management experience is a plus
- BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Workday is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service
