Job Summary
Partnering with Central Engineering leaders, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will align HR strategies with business objectives, providing comprehensive HR support in talent management, organizational design, and employee relations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop aligned HR strategies and workforce plans in partnership with engineering leadership
- Drive talent reviews and support career development frameworks for engineering professionals
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and analyze engagement data to improve workplace culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HRBP in technical or engineering functions
- Proven track record in advising senior leaders on talent and organizational initiatives
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
