Job Summary

To support business leaders and enhance organizational effectiveness, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, developing talent strategies that drive organizational success
  • Coach managers on effective leadership practices, performance management, and employee development
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution while advocating for a positive employee experience
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and leadership coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and influence decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities
