Job Summary

Serving as a trusted strategic advisor, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will work in a hybrid environment to align talent strategies with business objectives, focusing on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and talent management.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee experience
  • Coach managers on effective leadership practices and hold them accountable for people management responsibilities
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and address workplace matters while promoting a positive and inclusive culture
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence decision-making at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations based on trends
