Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders, the full-time salaried Human Resources Business Partner will align people strategies with organizational objectives, providing guidance in talent management, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute people strategies that support organizational goals
- Advise on workforce planning, talent development, and performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate people-related risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business related field required
- At least 5 years' experience within Human Resources preferred
- Proven independent decision-making and critical thinking in complex environments
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations and performance management
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
