Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

To support organizational goals, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will develop and implement HR processes, manage talent acquisition, and enhance employee relations while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to integrate HR functions with business activities and promote proactive organizational changes
• Assist in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and the implementation of employee development strategies
• Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues and support change management initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
• Working knowledge of employment law
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to establish relationships with clients
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
