Job Summary
To support organizational goals, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will develop and implement HR processes, manage talent acquisition, and enhance employee relations while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to integrate HR functions with business activities and promote proactive organizational changes
- Assist in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and the implementation of employee development strategies
- Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues and support change management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
- Working knowledge of employment law
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to establish relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
