Job Summary

To support field operations leaders, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will drive alignment between human capital strategies and business needs, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify trends and implement key action plans in partnership with regional and divisional leaders using HR data
  • Counsel leadership on performance management, including coaching and career development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver key talent initiatives and workforce planning programs
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant human resources experience in a multi-site organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR programs, including compensation and performance management
  • Experience providing HR consultation on strategic initiatives to leadership
  • Knowledge of employment law as it applies to policy administration
