Job Summary
Supporting the Sales and Marketing team, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will manage recruitment processes, oversee workforce planning, and implement training programs while collaborating with clinical and operational leadership across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Recruiting Department to identify and fill key vacancies and lead candidate selection
- Monitor and track regional turnover while aligning business objectives with employees and management
- Implement training programs and oversee developmental plans, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MA/MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of prior generalist experience in HR, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, and benefits
- Experience with EEOC and Department of Labor investigations is desired
- SPHR certification or equivalent is preferred
