Job Summary

Supporting the Sales and Marketing team, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will manage recruitment processes, oversee workforce planning, and implement training programs while collaborating with clinical and operational leadership across the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with the Recruiting Department to identify and fill key vacancies and lead candidate selection
  • Monitor and track regional turnover while aligning business objectives with employees and management
  • Implement training programs and oversee developmental plans, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MA/MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of prior generalist experience in HR, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, and benefits
  • Experience with EEOC and Department of Labor investigations is desired
  • SPHR certification or equivalent is preferred
