Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner III will align HR strategies with business objectives, act as a trusted advisor, and promote employee engagement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on strategic goals and initiatives while fostering a supportive work environment
- Analyze employee feedback and trends to recommend improvements and enhance department effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other departments to resolve barriers impacting employee performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related field
- Five (5) years of strategic HR Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design and managing change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
