Job Summary
To support organizational goals, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will develop and implement HR processes, manage talent acquisition, and enhance employee relations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to integrate HR functions with business activities and promote proactive organizational changes
- Assist in talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring timely approval of position requisitions and addressing future talent needs
- Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues and provide counsel on organizational structure and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
- Working knowledge of employment law
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to establish effective working relationships
- Commitment to minimal travel, approximately one to two trips per year
