Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

To support organizational goals, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will develop and implement HR processes, manage talent acquisition, and enhance employee relations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to integrate HR functions with business activities and promote proactive organizational changes
• Assist in talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring timely approval of position requisitions and addressing future talent needs
• Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues and provide counsel on organizational structure and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
• Working knowledge of employment law
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to establish effective working relationships
• Commitment to minimal travel, approximately one to two trips per year
