Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting a diverse range of clients remotely, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage the full scope of HR responsibilities, including strategy development, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with organizations on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client business goals, enhancing overall company growth
• Ensure compliance and create HR infrastructure, including policies, employee handbooks, and training support
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and partner with clients on payroll and benefits administration

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of human resources/people operations experience
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and provide sound recommendations to clients
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
