Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the alignment of business objectives, the hybrid People Team Business Partner will manage employee lifecycle processes, provide HR guidance to managers and employees, and assist in resolving employee relations issues while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to facilitate onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Provide guidance on HR policies and assist in resolving employee relations issues through documentation and investigations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and contribute to HR projects that drive engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Experience supporting managers in a fast-paced environment
