Job Summary
To support a dynamic educational division, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR workflows and talent strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units to assist in setting goals and implementing employee engagement programs
- Partner with leadership to execute HR and talent strategies related to recruiting, retention, and succession planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Understanding of HR legal compliance and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
