Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the Engineered Systems sector, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will provide expert guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development while collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with HR Director and business leaders to address sensitive employee matters with empathy and professionalism
• Partner with sector leaders to shape HR strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Leverage HR data to identify trends and proactively address workforce challenges and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in federal government or defense contracting environments
• In-depth knowledge of SCA compliance, including wage determinations and employee classification
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Proficiency with HR technologies and software, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
