Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

To support organizational effectiveness, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will align HR initiatives with business objectives, provide employee relations expertise, and drive talent management strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivates partnerships with site leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
• Utilizes data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR programs
• Drives succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives for assigned sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role
• HR certification strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools
