Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary
To support a dynamic workforce, the full-time salaried Human Resources Business Partner will provide hands-on support in employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR operations while effectively partnering with employees and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and partner with hiring managers to meet workforce needs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and administer employee leave programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in employee relations, recruiting, and HR operations
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
- Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems for managing employee data and recruiting workflows
