Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner III will align HR strategies with business objectives, act as a trusted advisor, and support leadership development and succession planning.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for leadership, ensuring an optimal work environment and advocating for employee needs
- Analyze employee feedback and trends to recommend improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other departments to resolve barriers impacting employee performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Five (5) years of strategic HR Business Partner experience
- Experience in organizational design and managing change
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence executive leaders
- Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, or HRBP
