Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor in a remote, full-time capacity, the Human Resources Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR partnerships, coach managers on performance and talent matters, and utilize data to inform people strategies across assigned client groups.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent HR partnership and practical guidance to assigned managers and employees
• Coach managers on performance management, talent development, and employee lifecycle processes
• Analyze employee relations data and trends to develop recommendations and support proactive actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and performance management
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance principles
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard business tools, with a preference for Workday and Culture Amp
