Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing organization, the remote Human Resources Business Partner will drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders and managing core HR programs.
Key responsibilities
- Align talent and organizational strategies with business objectives, leading workforce planning and employee development initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Design and deliver leadership development programs and team effectiveness initiatives to enhance collaboration and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years, Master's degree with 12 years, or PhD with 8 years of relevant experience in HR or organizational development
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in biotech or life sciences
- Experience supporting global HR programs and managing employee relations issues in a complex environment
- Familiarity with DISC training and related behavioral frameworks for leadership development
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
