Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Align business objectives with employees and business leaders
Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees
Ensure HR team meets internal customer expectations regarding performance management, leadership development, compensation, and retention processes

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of HR experience
Bachelor's degree required
PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
Experience working in various HRIS/HCM systems strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
