Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and consult with HR colleagues and managers on HR actions and initiatives
• Analyze HR data to provide trend information and support decision-making
• Support talent reviews, workforce planning, and retention programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
• In-depth experience in one or more areas such as organizational development, change management, employee relations, data analysis, total rewards, or learning & development
• Experience implementing or supporting HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of employment law
• Experience providing employee support in a professional services environment
