Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Human Resources Call Center Representative will manage inbound inquiries, offer support on HR policies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Provides ongoing coaching and troubleshooting support for the Workday HRIS system
  • Answers general People Services questions and addresses teammate concerns
  • Logs calls and inquiries into the tracking system while maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, including policy and procedure
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with VMS/HR systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels, including phones and chat
