Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Compensation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the compensation strategy across a matrixed organization for an assigned portfolio
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR business partners and business operations leaders to develop and implement compensation solutions
  • Lead and administer processes such as annual increase and incentive processes, regulatory compliance, and labor relations support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field from an accredited institution is preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional designation (CCP) is preferred
  • Prior experience with compensation policy and procedures in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and HRMS database programs is preferred
