Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Compliance Specialist to support compliant employment and compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and maintain compliant new hire offer letters and employment agreements
Support compliance with state wage laws, pay transparency requirements, and MLO compensation agreements
Monitor changes in employment law and provide guidance on compliant practices

Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of employment law including wage and hour regulations
Experience reviewing employment agreements or compensation documentation
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to translate legal requirements into business processes
