Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Compliance Specialist to support compliant employment and compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and maintain compliant new hire offer letters and employment agreements
- Support compliance with state wage laws, pay transparency requirements, and MLO compensation agreements
- Monitor changes in employment law and provide guidance on compliant practices
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of employment law including wage and hour regulations
- Experience reviewing employment agreements or compensation documentation
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to translate legal requirements into business processes
