Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Compliance Specialist to support compliant employment and compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and maintain compliant new hire offer letters and employment agreements
  • Support compliance with state wage laws, pay transparency requirements, and MLO compensation agreements
  • Monitor changes in employment law and provide guidance on compliant practices
Required Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of employment law including wage and hour regulations
  • Experience reviewing employment agreements or compensation documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to translate legal requirements into business processes
