Job Summary

To support compliance strategies within a remote environment, the full-time Human Resources Compliance Specialist will manage regulatory policies, oversee employee compliance documentation, and act as a strategic partner for process improvement and audits.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure all employee compliance information is complete and accurately tracked in electronic files
  • Oversee compliance requirements related to background checks, I-9s, and licensing processes while serving as the primary contact for I-9 management
  • Run reports and audits of HR files to maintain compliance standards and provide insights for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age with relevant education and/or experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Compliance
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related discipline preferred
