Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary

To drive organizational success, the remote contract Human Resources Consultant will partner with leadership and IT teams to shape workplace culture, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategic roadmaps, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of initiatives
• Coach management and employees to enhance leadership, managerial, and team capabilities from both tactical and long-term perspectives
• Advise leadership on employee relations, retention, compensation, staffing, and organizational design while conducting workplace investigations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience consulting with employees and managers at all levels to resolve complex HR issues
• Demonstrated ability to support and implement organizational and employee development initiatives during change
• Strong foundational knowledge in workforce planning, salary review processes, and organizational design
• Sharp strategic and tactical analysis capabilities with a track record of solving complex workplace challenges
• Exceptional coaching, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
