Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Consultant for long-term, remote contract positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with organizational design projects, including restructuring and target operating models
• Assess workforce skills, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for optimization
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide strategic guidance on HR and organizational development strategies

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OrgVue software is mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in organizational effectiveness in HR
• Proven expertise in organizational design and restructuring processes
• Demonstrated experience in conducting skills assessments and workforce planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and align to Central Time Zone working hours when required
