Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Consultant (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and implement tailored HR solutions for assigned government contractor clients
• Support and operationalize strategic HR initiatives across various HR functions
• Serve as the day-to-day HR delivery lead for assigned clients, managing operational HR activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in federal government contracting environments
• Demonstrated ability to execute independently while aligning with senior consulting direction
• Proficiency in organizational development and/or government contract recruiting is highly desirable
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
