Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary

To support multiple government contractor clients, the remote Human Resources Consultant will implement and manage day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and talent activities, ensuring high-quality execution of tailored HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and implement HR solutions for clients in alignment with approved strategies and project plans
• Support and operationalize strategic HR initiatives across various HR functions while maintaining effective communication with clients
• Manage operational HR activities as the primary delivery lead for assigned clients, ensuring timely and compliant execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-10 years of progressive HR experience in federal government contracting environments
• Demonstrated ability to execute independently while aligning with senior consulting direction
• Proficiency in organizational development and/or government contract recruiting is highly desirable
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
