Job Summary
Serving as the consulting equivalent of an in-house HR Manager, the remote Human Resources Consultant will implement and manage day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and talent activities for multiple government contractor clients while working under the direction of senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and implement tailored HR solutions for assigned clients in alignment with approved strategies
- Support strategic HR initiatives across various functions, translating senior-level guidance into practical execution
- Manage operational HR activities as the day-to-day delivery lead for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within federal government contracting environments
- Demonstrated ability to execute independently while aligning with senior consulting direction
- Proficiency in organizational development and/or government contract recruiting is highly desirable
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
