Job Summary

Serving as a resource for core leaders and caregivers, the full-time Human Resources Consultant - PHR/SHRM-CP will manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts
• Conduct research on employee and labor relations trends, identifying areas for intervention
• Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting findings to align actions with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA compliance
