Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Consulting Director, Engineering and Gaming.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a distributed team of HR Consultants while partnering with HR Business Partners to enable strategic people priorities
• Lead data analytics and organizational health diagnostics to provide insights and recommend action plans to business leaders
• Oversee the implementation of scalable HR programs and processes, guiding local HR projects in collaboration with business leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 9+ years of experience in human resources or business programs/processes, OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years of experience, OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations
