Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions within the Second Judicial District.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities
- Administer employee leaves and assist with biweekly payroll
- Maintain employee records and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in Human Resources and/or Court Office
- A minimum of four years of experience performing Human Resources work
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred
