Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions within the Second Judicial District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities
  • Administer employee leaves and assist with biweekly payroll
  • Maintain employee records and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in Human Resources and/or Court Office
  • A minimum of four years of experience performing Human Resources work
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred
