Job Summary
Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for performing full-time administrative and operational duties to support HR processes and policies while working from home in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned operational responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of data in the human capital management system and respond to inquiries from the Employee Contact Center
- Develop and maintain process documentation and collaborate with various HR teams for positive experiences
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- A minimum of 3 years of related work experience is required
- Occasional on-site work at PA office locations is necessary for specific tasks
- Relevant experience may include a combination of work experience and education (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years)
- Experience with human capital management systems and technology solutions is preferred
